What will participants learn?
Business development at 4 levels
In this fun summer challenge, participants will be able to kick their business development initiatives into high gear over the course of 8 weeks. After submitting an intake form, challenge participants will be assigned to a group that best suits their experience level.  To earn points toward the challenge, participants can complete self-study CPE courses, attend lunch and learn discussions, and participate in other business development activities. Each group has access to 4 self-study courses and can attend and complete at their own pace within the 8-week program.
 
  • Group 1: Learn how to contribute to growth through client service by building trust with clients and approaching the client relationship with a consultative mindset.
  • Group 2: Learn how to build a circle of influence that supports your firm’s ideal client and become a trusted advisor to your clients through service initiatives.
  • Group 3: Learn how to qualify prospects and target your firm’s ideal client and how to leverage a consultative selling approach by understanding what sets your firm apart.
  • Group 4: Learn how to do an effective discovery to uncover the most important needs of your clients and prospective clients when scoping potential services for a proposal.
What is a challenge without a winner? The participant with the most points in each group will be declared a winner and earn a prize. Runners-up will also be rewarded for their efforts.
